Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, please follow our return guidelines:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in original packaging.

• Certain items such as glue, adhesives, and cut-to-size materials are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Customers must contact us before returning any item to obtain approval.

• Refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days  to your original bank account after receiving the returned item and inspecting it.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
